A home inspection is a VISUAL evaluation of the current condition of a structure and its components. There are 5 major components of a home, the ROOF COVERING(SHINGLES), PLUMBING, FOUNDATION, HVAC, and ELECTRICAL. They can be inspected two ways, PRE-DRYWALL(before the drywall goes up) and POST-DRYWALL(standard home inspection).
